So many little things to notice and to be grateful for...

• A "nearly knocked me over hug" in the grocery from my friend Jillian.  Hard not to know you are loved, right?!
• An early evening hike in Red Rock Canyon on the Contemplative trail, with Sydney, of course.  This was for her.
• Running into a friend I haven't seen in a few months.
